Group Safety
Instructions for Meeting Chairs should safety or harassment issues, complaints, or concerns arise:
Any imminent threat to the safety of a member(s) of our group that takes place in our regular meetings in Caribbean 12 Step should be reported to club staff members and an incident report should be filed. In cases of a crime, the proper authorities might also be notified. The Safety Committee should also be made aware of such incidents as soon as possible.
Any complaints or concerns regarding safety or harassment within a Condado 12 &12 meeting that do not fall into the above category or take place at group sanction events, outside of our regular facility can be reported to a Safety Committee member.
